How the Nbari Incubator helped me find clarity and direction.
Nov 24, 2025

For almost ten years, I worked in the pharmaceutical industry after studying Pharmacology at university. On paper, everything looked great, I was helping people access medications for lifestyle-related conditions through digital commerce platforms.
But deep down, I felt disconnected. I wanted to do more than hand out solutions; I wanted to really understand people, meet their needs in a meaningful way, and help them live better.
That curiosity pushed me into exploring marketing and brand strategy. I went on to join a marketing community and stumbled on an ad about the Nbari Incubator Program. Something clicked. After some research, I applied for a scholarship to join Cohort 2 of the Brand Strategy and Experience course and I got in, fully funded!
Before then, I’d already started a wellness business encouraging people to take their health seriously through fitness. What I needed was clarity: how to reach the right people and create an experience that would truly resonate.
From the very first sessions, I was hooked. We dived into creative thinking, brand essence, storytelling, and how to craft experiences that speak directly to people’s lives. Tunde Ogunkunle, our facilitator, had a way of making strategy feel simple and alive.
The sessions opened my eyes to how powerful branding can be when it’s rooted in empathy. It’s not just about selling; it’s about understanding people’s challenges, their aspirations, and creating solutions that actually make a difference.
For my final project, I redefined Allyway, my wellness brand, around the challenges busy professionals face in balancing work and health. I built a framework to help them strengthen their bodies, renew their minds, and uplift their spirits so they can live and work with more energy and clarity.

Looking back, the Nbari Incubator wasn’t just a course. It was a place where I gained clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to my purpose. It gave me tools to grow Allyway and reminded me why I started in the first place: to help people thrive, not just survive.
To the Nbari team, Tunde Ogunkunle, and my fellow cohort members thank you for creating such a supportive and inspiring space. If you’re searching for direction or want to build something meaningful, this program is a game changer.
